Finance Team

Bringing together effective processes and best practice initiatives, the finance functions support the business growth across the whole Homeserve family within sound financial guidelines. Finance is responsible for corporate accounting and accounts payable.

Jonathan Simpson-Dent leads the Finance Team. Appointed to the board in March 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of General Healthcare Group and held a number of senior finance roles during seven years at PepsiCo. Prior to this he has spent four years at McKenzie after qualifying as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
