Our human resources department fuse best practise with new and inspiring ideas, developing a people strategy that supports the business objectives at every level of the company.

A principal aim of the Human Resources Team is to ensure that Homeserve gets the best possible return from its most valuable investment - its people. It does this by supporting the organisation in all aspects of its HR function (including recruitment and retention, performance, motivation, reward, restructuring, and health and safety). It also provides certain processing services (e.g. pensions and appraisal administration)
